- Start-up: Demonstrated remarkable entrepreneurial drive by swiftly opening fully functional retail operations within six months of moving from Ohio to Hawaii. Secured leases, designed, and constructed retail space in the prestigious Waikele Shopping Center. Additionally, I oversaw the design and construction of five transmitter sites on the island of Oahu. Utilized propagation software to plan the RF paging network, calculating simulcast delays for satellite and microwave backhaul. Achieved a final network configuration comprising 30 transmitter locations across all Hawaiian islands, interconnected with a nationwide cooperative network.
- Marketing: Successfully executed diverse marketing campaigns, including print, radio, direct mail, multi-level marketing, and partnership initiatives, for various businesses owned. For Island Page, allocated an average monthly media budget of $13k-$20k, resulting in rapid subscriber growth from zero to tens of thousands. Notably, launched a memorable radio campaign featuring "Captain Beep Beep," a paging superhero who saved customers throughout the State of Hawaii.
